Can the items be shipped internationally?
Yes the items can be shipped internationally via Pos Malaysia Express or Parcel Mail to any part of the world. Kindly take note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.
Can you deliver a gift to someone in another country?
Yes we can, when you have placed an order, fill in your details in the Billing section and the receiver’s details at the delivery details. The recipient will also receive an invoice meant for custom and duties with the retail price stated.
What is the currency used on my purchase?
The currency of purchase is in US Dollars.
How do I shop?
1. Select the items that you wish to purchase and click “Add to cart”. Then proceed with the check-out process.
2. Upon completing the Billing and Delivery details, you will be presented with our payment partner, the Paypal page. For security reasons, you will be required to key in the last 3 digits found behind your credit card for authentification.
3. A pop-up screen by Visa or MasterCard may follow suit requesting for your PIN number.
Upon completion of the of these payment details, your secured order form will reach us complete and we will be able to process your order immediately.

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes and how do I pay them?
The prices of the products do not include taxes and duties and any other additional charges (VAT, GST, etc) incurred at the destination. The payment for taxes and duties will be billed on behalf by our courier partners upon delivery of parcels.
What is your Return policy?
As we practice stringent quality checks before delivery, refund is strictly based on management discretion only.
What If the items are damaged or broken due to delivery?
If upon opening the parcel you found the item broken, kindly contact the local post office (or the company that delivered the items to you) and kindly do not remove any items or packaging and returned it to them in the same condition as you have received them. After that kindly contact us to let us know about it, and we will proceed with the insurance claims.
